JD for Shop Assistant
1) Outlet Cleaning:
• Cleaning interior and exterior of Washer & dryer including the drum, glass window and door seal.
• Cleaning interior of detergent and softener compartment
• Cleaning the lint filter drawer by removing the lint
• Sweeping and mopping the entire floor (front & back) area of the outlet including brushing the walkway
• Wipe all the vending and kiosk machine tops to be free of dust.
• Wiping the recycle bin and keep it empty by removing the mini boxes for future usage
• Empty trash bin.
• Wipe the ceiling fan and clean the spider cobweb around the ceiling weekly.
• Brush machine room drainage weekly.
2) Attend to Customer needs:
• Greetings to customer
• Assist customer to use laundry machines
• Assist customer to use payWave and apps
3) Perform Outlet Collection:
• Outlet Sales collection from washer, dryer and vending machine must be carried out every other day by starting on the 1st and ending on to the last day of each Month.
• OVERALL OUTLET MONITORING
• Back Wash Filter (located in machine room) every 3- 5 days depending on Outlet Sales.
• ** Remember to turn handle back to Filter after backwash.
• Always check the water level piping beside water tank to confirm water level
Is normal.
• Check Outlet cleanliness INCLUDING lint filter.
• Check Outlet Lightings (including signage) is in working condition.
• Check Gas Meter in the gas room. There will be 2 meters left and right. The meter hand should rest at 11(clock position) for full tank and if hand rest at 7 (clock position) is almost empty and need to replenish.
• Check balance stock of mini box in storage
SALES PROCESSING FOR HQ
a. After each collection PIC have to key in relevant information such as Sales
Information, Utilities, vending readings and any top up into Outlet Sales Report.
b. All figures key into Sales Report must be properly and accurately completed.
c. Vending Notes collection must tally with total notes received under VM Report.
d. Petty Cash Report must be submitted together with Sales Report every Month.
e. Total Sales received from collection must be bank into company account
Twice a week and amount must reconcile with weekly sales report and send to accounts dept.
SHOP ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES
** Immediate responds to the following:
1) Emergency Cases such as no Electricity, no water, no gas, fire, flood and burglary must immediately be attended or request support from standby technician.
** Outlet issues related to Machines must be attended IMMEDIATELY within 24hours before reporting to Technical department.
** Responsible for making reports with the authorities on any burglary or break in to Money box related to Machines for the allocated outlets;
Keys Responsibilities:
1) Money Collection and to bank in twice weekly basis together with reports
2) Immediate respond for emergency case on responsible outlets
3) Respond immediately for kiosk, vending and coin exchange machines related to Sales.
4) Cleaning and Maintaining Outlet according to CE Standard
