Shop Manager Based In Kuantan

Job Description Responsibilities: Organize store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel
Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget
Deal with complaints from customers or ABOs to maintain the store reputation
Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or display
Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecast for saleable stocks
Manage, execute and respect the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) with the staff on daily basis
Monitor inventories and check procedures applications to avoid stock losses
Requirements:
Diploma in any field with 5 years? experience in Shop/retail industry
3 years in Supervisory position
Possess good communication skills
Willing to work during weekends (2 days off will be arranged during weekdays)
Willing to work in Kuantan (Amway Shop)
