1. Effective leadership of the Midwifery, Pediatric and Outpatient Service as well as Housekeeping and Cleaning Service
2. Responsible for overseeing the management of the service, managing staff and liaising with others as necessary.
3. Act as a role model to others, providing specialist expertise that is underpinned by some theoretical knowledge and practical clinical experience and competence.
4. Monitoring of preventive maintenance schedule.
5. Ensuring training of staff on usage of medical devices and equipment.
