Job Description REQUIREMENTS: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Building / Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Construction or Project Management.
Technical knowledge in relevant field of engineering.
Ability to logically analyze complications.
Action oriented, do not procrastinates.
Resourceful in resolving conflicts - technically and independently.
Ability to make quick but rational decisions.
Strong principle in engineering practice.
Computer literate (knowledge of MS Office - Excel / Words / Power Points, Microsoft Project and AutoCAD).
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prompt response to consultant / AE request / requirements.
Compliance to construction drawing / specification.
Initiative to check against work at site and inform of any discrepancies / short comings.
Get the sub-trade contractors to plan / discuss on execution and site related issues.
Notify all parties, include sub-contractors on the site / plan changes or addendum to drawings.
Close follow-up with sub-contractors on offsite progress and update status to Project Manager.
Attending to project / site meeting as and when necessary.
Preparing project / engineering reports.
Preparing and filing all project reports for Management / third party audit.
Highlight to Management on shortcoming on site requirement and for improvement measures.
Prepare and monitor project scheduling.
Supervise and coordinate on any issues related to site works.
Application and monitoring validity of relevant work permits.
Document sorting and document control.
Create, organize and maintain a systematic filing procedure.
Compilation and preparation of progress reports.
To keep track on status of queries to AE or client and action required items.
Assist in the preparation of project closure documents upon completion.
Assist in the administration, coordination and compliance of ISO procedures.
Safety observance and compliance.
Compliance to Company ISO Standards and Procedures
