Details of the offer

Job Description Overall planing, scheduling, execution, management and delivery of projects to ensure timely completion and within budget set out by the Project Director, in compliance to Company's policies on safety and quality standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Architecture/Civil & Structural Engineering/Construction Management/Building.
Minimum 5-10 years hands-on experience in managing development and construction projects.
Candidates affiliated with professional bodies are encouraged to apply.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to Project Manager and higher management.
Head the project site team and liaison with M&E Department / QS Department / Purchasing / Store.
Project site administration, attend all project meetings.
Monitor daily site activities and work progress to meet the planned schedule.
Implementation of ISO Management System - Project Planning and Management / Control, Test and Inspection Plan.
Overall Management of Project Execution in an effective manner
Micro schedule management and coordination of all sub-cons and related trades to lead site activities.
Detailing of the schedule, quality and safety initiatives.
Look ahead, planning and designate resoursces - "3M" (Material / Manpower / Machineries)
Liaison with Consultant on technical / engineering matters.
