Details of the offer

- Ensure all processes and procedures are fully documented and reflect industry best practice

- Providing hands on interim support when required

- Responsible for maintaining and reporting from the time and attendance system, also training personnel on this as required.

- Ensure all employee benefit deductions are processed and transferred within required timeframes to the payroll processor

- Ensure all benefit related communications to employees are delivered promptly and within required timeframes

- Speedy resolution of employee payroll queries

- Ensure that the quality of data input is of the highest standards

- Responsible for issuing attendance related reporting as required

- Ensure all payment requisition form are accurate before submitting for approval

- Updating bank details in Baan System

- Follow up on company car insurance and road tax for renewal

- Ensure all resignation or end contract attendance are in place before processing payroll

- Provide TMS report for all employees to the assigned administrator on monthly basis

- Process attendance for all employees & management for end month payroll

- Purge and generate attendance to pull out overtime and daily tracking for end month payroll

- Provide salary with holding list to payroll processor

- Key-in all new comer database in payroll system

- Compile attendance for outsource and transporter and provide provision to finance team for outsource payment

- Compile and check all the back pay documents are correct before submitting to payroll processor

- Ensure all transfer department updated accordingly

- Set up employee monthly planner accordingly Should Have completed Bachelor Degree (Any Degree) Having Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in HR ( Payroll, Time office Mandatory)
