Site Quantity Surveyor

To call for quotation for materials and sub-contractor works.Sourcing suppliers and liaising with suppliers for related deliverables.Responsible for site measurement & photos for claim purpose.Evaluation and certification of sub-contractors' progress payments.To administer and prepare all contractual correspondences.To attend site meeting and assist Project Manager / Contracts Manager in relating to contractual matters.To gather, compile and document material and labour costing from existing and potential suppliers, contractors, sub-contractors and specialist installers.To gather and compile all as-built drawings, contract documents, warranties submitted by the respective contractors.Prepare Variation Orders, Extension of Time and Final Accounts.To perform any others dutied as assigned.
