Site Quantity Surveyor (Building & Construction)

Issuance of certification of work order and other documentation.- Liaising with site managers, site engineers, and other necessary people to ensure the project follows to the timeline.- Preparing and issuing progress claim for sub-contractors.- Assist in contractual issues.- Preparing contract and final accounts for sub-contractors.- Possessed Bachelor degree or diploma in quantity surveying (QS) or any university programme accredited by the Board of Quantity Surveying Malaysia (BQSM).- Minimum 3 years working experience in related industry.- Knowledgeable in AutoCad and MS Office.- Pro-active and can work independently.**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 10 months**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonusCOVID-19 considerations:All staffs are required to wear mask, once every two weeks saliva test, frequently sanitize surfaces and vaccination requirement.
