Site Supervisor

Salary = Based on Qualification, Experience and Negotiable. Job Requirements.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent.
At least 3 years of working experience in plumbing work and able to start work immediately is added advantage.
Required Skill(s) : Autocad, Microsoft project, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of mechanical services with specialized in Plumbing System for highrise building.
Responsibilities
To monitor and coordinate supervision work with work schedule.
To ensure all work is carried out in accordance to specifications, drawings and work programme.
To monitor work progress with sub-contractors.
To monitor and ensure workers quality of work.
To prepare daily record on work progress and other relevant records for the construction site.
Any other related duties that may be assigned by the superior.
