Site Supervisor Based In Semporna

SITE SUPERVISOR - Based in Semporna GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES - To assist and report to the Project Manager / immediate superior and attend coordination meetings if necessary and to liaise effectively with all level management and consultants for smooth progress. - As the Site Supervisor, you are to coordinate and supervise construction activities at project site including supervising workers and monitor subcontractors to meet proposed schedule. - To study drawings, specification compliance with design requirements and site conditions to understand project requirement. - You are required to attend site meetings, to ensure projects meets the stipulated quality requirements by closely monitoring, highlight problem or defects and supervising the work of the worker/subcontractor. - Preparing related document such as site diary and timely update of work to superior. - Ensure safety measures are implemented at site all time. - To monitor machineries and wastage of construction materials by subcontractors. - Other ad-hoc tasks or duties as and when assigned from time to time. QUALIFICATION, SKILL AND EXPERIENCE - To work independently with integrity and commitment to assigned duties. - Effective site management skills and knowledge in reading construction plans. - A positive attitude and willingness to encourage co-workers - Proficient in verbal and written communication - Bahasa Malaysia and English. - Responsible, pleasant and independent personality, fit and possess good health for work. - Having good self- discipline and able to work under pressure.A growing construction company looking for talented starsDiploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5
