Site Supervisor

This job is for a Site Supervisor who oversees construction projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

ResponsibilitiesAssist in resolving all technical and site issues and liaise with clients, designers, and sub-contractors to ensure that all works are done according to approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor, supervise, and coordinate site activities to ensure contractor work is done as scheduled and up to standard.
Maintain all relevant forms, documents, correspondence, and records of the progress of works / weekly reports in an orderly manner.
Prepare fit-out schedules or critical paths prior to construction and renovation works.
Job RequirementsDiploma/Certificate or equivalent in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, M&E, C&S.
2 to 4 years of experience in Project Coordination/Management of small to large scale corporate interior fit-outs.
Experience in dealing with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, and local authorities, and able to chair site meetings.
Fluent communication, reading, and writing in both English and Mandarin languages.
