Job Description Requirements:- Monitor & report overall SMT, & Back end yield performance & initiative continuous improvement.
Ensuring overall performance of SMT machine & process control to meet high utilisation.
Responsible for NPI & RFQ for new project set up.
Attend audit & follow up on corrective action or improvements.
Generate WI, OS & Procedure for SMT Operation.
Responsibilities:-
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
At least one year of experience in SMT manufacturing environment.
Skills needed: Good knowledge & skill in PC, strong problem- solving skill, & good leadership
Full-Time position(s) available.
