Creative conceptualising, strategising and optimising clients’ monthly content calendars and social media campaigns Planning internal team timelines for ideations, deliverables, and reporting Being the direct point of contact for clients via phone and email overseeing their account needs Managing a portfolio of accounts, with the help of our creative team Relaying the clients’ needs and wants to our in-house team of creatives (disseminating creative requirements to graphic designers, photographers, copywriters) and performance marketing team Proofing any creative work (image, video or text-based) produced in-house before it is sent to the client Compiling monthly analytical social media reports and community management data Providing insight and analysis of client social media page performance, with suggestions for improvement on a regular basis Community management of client social media pages Strategising and planning new client pitches as and when necessary Client management of website design and development projects as and when necessary
