• • Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals.
• Manage all social media marketing campaigns, promoting and advertising through social
social media (e.g. Instagram & Facebook).
• Develop relevant content topics to reach the company's target market.
• Create, curate and managed all published contents (images, video and caption).
• Create a regular publishing schedule.
• Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
• Create and improve the engagement strategy to build trust with potential customers.
• Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation. Monitor online reviews and
respond to each review.
• Analyse key metrics and adjust strategy as needed.
• Compile reports for management showing results and make improvement to the strategy.
