Job Title: Software Engineering Manager (PnP – Pick and Place)Location: Ayer Keroh, Malacca and USAIndustry: Back-end semiconductor equipment and services Main objectives:To manage product Enhancement projects for PnP-MY Engineering Department to the requirements and timeline provided by the Product Managers.Create Partnerships and Collaborate with PNP MY Product, PNP US Product, PNP MY SQA.Determine necessary training to any report to increase productivity.Manage resources, workload, motivation and behavior to achieve targets and maximize productivity.
