RESPONSIBILITIES
Full Lifecycle application development. Designing, coding and debugging applications in various software languages.
Software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, software reliability analysis.
Object-oriented Design and Analysis (OOA and OOD).
Software simulation.
Front end and graphical user interface design.
Automation, performance tuning and improvement.
Support, maintain and document software functionality.
Software integration with existing systems.
Evaluate and identify new method and technology to be implemented to existing systems.
Project Planning.
Maintain standard and compliance.
Implement globalization of software if involving two or more sites.
Hands on knowledge using OPCUA, Automated Optical Inspection System, Servo motion control, Serial and filed bus communications.
Knowledge of embedded systems based on various custom/COTS ASICs and related protocol interfaces (LIN, SENT, MUST, FMUST, One Wire, etc.)
Shares expertise and advises others in development of features across the service.
Ensure appropriate, accurate, up-to-date technical documentation is available for systems and logic
General Responsibilities
Key participant in the development of end-user tools for data analysis, reporting and work flow processes with database communication
Collaborate on analyzing the existing software and improving the processes
Organize the Design and Test Lab departments on requirements of new functionality
Key participant in integration of in-house software for our test equipment
Taking part in on-site software debugging, machines further adaptation and optimization
Experience / Qualifications
A university degree and 2-4 years of experience (i.e. Bachelors degree) or a graduate degree and 0-2 years of experience (i.e. Masters degree)
Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
REQUIREMENTS
BS/MS degree or above, majoring in computer science, computer engineering, IT or its equivalent.
Excellent knowledge of programming language and operating system such as in building core C++ /C# (e.g console, Win32 API and MFC) and Beckhoff application. Experience with database environment (preferable SQL), OO design and development. Knowledgeable about web-based architectures and technologies (.NET FRAMEWORK) is an advantage.

Motivated self-starter, strong team player that able to work independently as well as in a group to complete the assigned project within given deadlines
Willing to travel and also support in odd hours request
Possess good interpersonal / communication skills and able to interface at international/oversea levels with good English language ability in reading and writing.
