The Software Technician ensures the smooth functioning of Topcon Healthcare software solutions by providing technical support, resolving software issues, and assisting customers and distributors.
This role enhances customer satisfaction, improves software reliability, and supports healthcare providers.
Responsibilities:Technical Support:Provide remote support for image management software, databases, operating systems, networking, and related inquiries, including integration with non-Topcon products.
Issue Resolution:Handle post-sales software complaints and inquiries, liaising with the product specialist department as needed.
Training:Conduct on-the-job and in-house training, maintain logs of queries/complaints, and pursue continuous learning.
Task Management:Meet KPIs, follow assignment systems, and work effectively with minimal supervision.
Continuous Improvement:Propose and implement efficiency improvements and enhance customer satisfaction through periodic surveys.
Job RequirementsEducation & Experience:
Bachelor's degree with a major in Computer Science or Engineering.
Fresh Graduates are welcomed.
Knowledge, Skills & Attributes:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft applications.
Knowledge in Microsoft Windows Server, Computer Network (TCP/IP), MS SQL Server/Other databases, Linux Shell.
Familiarity with PACS system, DICOM.
