Company Description**Job Description**:- Execute business analysis, provide input and develop the business case for a project by identifying the benefit associated with the project and determine the operational dependencies and assumptions.- Support the creation and development of plans for growth and innovation to conduct business analysis and understand and define business needs and translating them into business processes and system needs (process mapping, requirement gathering, scoping).- Maximise profitability by linking management goals and standards with the practical means of achievement in a high impact operation or area of the business which drives significant improvement in profitability.- Identify benefits associated with particular pieces of work, operational dependencies, and establish appropriate proposals to clearly articulate the requirements and follow a structured and consistent process for the identification and development of business requirements and solutions according the project initiatives and the agreed budget and timeframes.- Evaluate requirements for business programs and projects; includes business process re-engineering, cost-benefit analysis and recommended solutions and ensures that the business requirements drive cost benefit analysis, recommended solutions and the agreed cost parameters to ensure they are accurate and are aligned with the business strategy / outcomes.- Collaborate with SME's, stakeholders and wider team to deliver on key initiatives and work with cross functional teams to take the project from feasibility through to detailed design, implementation, testing and go live.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology or a related discipline- Demonstrable track record of successfully contributing to the delivery of complex, large scale IT projects (5+ years' experience).- Experience working with 3rd party IT providers and/or system integrators in country, regional and possibly globally and in translating business requirements in to a 'fit for purpose' solution- Ensuring accurate understanding of business case development and benefits realisation is consistently done by the team- Experience with techniques such as use case analysis, data/process flow diagramming, process mapping and detailed business and functional requirements documentation- Experience in CW1 & Freight Forwarding will be an advantageAdditional Information**Be Connected**:With a bold vision and innovative drive, join our 20,000 colleagues as we lead industry change and transform how customers best meet their global supply chain needs in a meaningful and sustainable way.
