Leverage market insights to refine sourcing strategies and stay competitive.
Champion our employer brand, sharing what makes us unique with the tech community.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience sourcing for technical roles (engineering, data, DevOps, etc.).
Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, Boolean searches, and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
Familiarity with tech stacks and a passion for understanding the industry.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Analytical and results-driven mindset.
