Sourcing Executive
Responsibilities
To source, negotiate, select and liaise with suppliers of products?from Asia countries
Manage and handle sourcing tasks of assigned products.
Meet and achieve required targeted price, product quality, packing and packaging?requirements with suppliers
Identify and deliver continuous savings through effective communication with suppliers
Work with suppliers to ensure delivery of consistent quality that meets the required product specification
Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies?
Control and manage costing master file, sourcing file, production master file and samples stock file.
Coordinate deliveries, inspection of product and product specification with related departments.
Maintain long-term suppliers relationship
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Business Admin. or other related fields.
1 - 2 years working experience, preferably in purchasing, procurement, supply chain or customer service.
Good communication skill in English and Mandarin required.
Result oriented, energetic, proactive, multi-tasking and able to work independently
Good interpersonal skill and ability to interact with people of all levels in the company and externally with suppliers?
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office application, especially Excel.
Good negotiation skill and in mathematic calculation.
Fresh graduates without experience are also encouraged to apply for officer position. Training will be provided.
