Job Specification
- Friendly and courteous attitude
- Able to work on public holidays
- Willing to work shifts
- Must be able to speak in Mandarin and English
- Customer service experience is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (Training & support will be provided)
Job Description Sales & Customer Service:
- Able to handle call in appointments & walk in customers professionally
- Schedule massage therapist’s queues daily and arrange therapist’s work schedule
- Knowledge of treatments and packages offered in the centre
Centre Maintenance:
- Maintain cleanliness of front desk
- Assist management in other administration tasks
Banking and Stock System:
- Handle sales transactions accurately
- Tally daily sales records
- Keep stock count and report when stock is low
