Responsibilities:Document technical design and specifications in accordance with business requirements and project standards.
Ensure timely completion of business application coding while adhering to project schedules.
Comply with system development guidelines and standards.
Develop and implement high-quality frontline systems that meet specifications and user requirements.
Maintain constant communication with team members, users, and vendors.
Stay updated with advancements in computer technology and their impact on the business environment.
Monitor and guide junior developers, ensuring the quality of deliverables.
Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, with the ability to guide and review junior developers' code for senior positions.
Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in verbal and written English communication.
Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines.
Experience working with Agile development methodologies, particularly SCRUM.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience in leading a team of Angular/Spring Boot developers is a plus.
Experience in the insurance industry is an added advantage.
Technical Skills:Strong programming skills inSpring Boot (mandatory) , Spring, and Java EE.
Proficiency in Oracle 11g or above / DB2 version 10 and above for PLSQL and stored procedures.
Experience in designing security between application integrations (without third-party software).
Knowledge of JBOSS and Tomcat server environments, including troubleshooting.
Familiarity with JSON, RESTful APIs, and Web Services.
Knowledge ofMaven, CLI Build scripts, Jira, Jenkins, and DevOps toolsis an added advantage.
Experience in backend development using Java and Oracle databases is a plus.
