What You Will Do In Your Role
- Provides input to line managers with HR insight about people related business issues/opportunities such as: people capabilities, productivity, organization, work relationship, culture…
- Be with HRBP Supervisor to Consulting with line management and provide daily HR guidance
- Provides input to line managers with HR insight about people related business issues/opportunities such as: people capabilities, productivity, organization, work relationship, culture…
- Be together with HR Solutions to operate myHR functions, including its transactions and updated-data.
- Be responsible for the employee’s labor contract, new contract / extension/ expiry in line with legal regulation’s requirements.
- Be the host of “Molex Vietnam” newsletter and assist HR manager and the business to organize company’s events and ER activities if any.
- Be accountable for the compliance of section to rules, procedures and requirement in term of
- b.RBA & Social Responsibility / Protection of company assets
- Understand, support and contribute to current Molex Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:
- Degree in Human resources or related fields
- Min 5 years working experiences as HRBP in manufacturing fields
- Good in communication skill and able to work with all level of peoples.
