Regional Senior Finance Analyst, ASEAN

We are currently seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join our Building Technology (HBT) team at regional headquarters in Kuala Lumpur. Reporting to the CFO, the appointee will join an accomplished team of commercial finance professionals to making critical decisions in the region.
Honeywell Building Technologies operates in 70 countries, and provides high technology solutions for comfort, fire, electrical and security in over one million commercial buildings.
Key Responsibilities
Developing the Annual Operating Plan across HBT’s business lines.
Putting the execution plan in place and highlighting the risks.
Understand pricing and margin drivers in products business, partner with LOB Leaders to find opportunities.
Develop detailed financial models and provide business leaders with a “What If” analysis and recommendations.
Understanding WC, Unbilled, PD challenges and driving progress with the sales team.
Identify commercial risks and able to make detailed deep dive reviews with respective team.
Timely month/quarter close.
Drive compliance.
Assist audits.
Enhance internal controls.
Maintain process documentation.
Key Experience & Capabilities:
Experience finance professional.
Qualified accountant.
Experienced in an international, matrixed organization.
Comfortable working in a high pressure environment and with tight deadlines.
Strong work ethic with hands on approach.
High ‘Say:Do’ ratio.
Flexible, dynamic, and open to rapid change.
Ability to communicate financial data to non-financial people.
