Sr. Financial Accountant
The Role:
This role will responsible to serve as the backbone of marketing operations team, ensuring delivery of time manner tasks to internal and external stakeholders, along with providing governance and support in automation functions and daily operations process.
The Person:
The personmust posses excellent communication, organizational skills,able to work well with others and convey your teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- To help the team manager on process improvement and automation process for the team
- To work with other teams to explore opportunity on the automation process cross function.
- To able to communicate with stakeholder via email or calls on the ongoing process.
- To work with the team on simplifying the internal process
- Work closely with IT on the new improvements of the current system. Involve in testing of the systems.
- Manage, support & coordinate new marketing projects & programs from marketing ops team perspective
- Support process improvement via data analysis and process automation (Excel Macro)
- Secondary Duties
- To interface with marketing team, cross functional team or customer
Preferred Experiences:
- Experience in usingExcel Macroto automate the process or data for process improvement is a must
- Related working experience in business operationfuctions
- High levels of proficiency in excel
- Strong analytical skills required
- Assertive, creative and self-motivated with good interpersonal skills
- Good spoken and written English (other foreign languages is an added advantage)
Academic Credentials:
- Degree in Accountancy or Finance or any equivalent accounting processional qualification
