Staff / Senior / Engineer - Bcd

Responsibilities: Job responsibility: 1. To lead TCAD task forces to support the development, improvements and sustaining new technologies.2. Should be able to build TCAD deck, do decks calibrations, run process and device simulation3. Should be able to design, execute and analyze experiments that will allow us to debug various process issues.4. Knowledge of semiconductor processes and devices is a must.5. Provide technical support on customer's request.6. Support the development of new processes and products based on customer's needs.7. Coordinate available resources from the process engineering, product engineering, FA and manufacturing group in trouble-shooting, resolving issues. Requirements: Education required: Bachelor or Master Degree from Electronic Engineering/ Microelectronic Engineering/ Nano Technology Engineering/ Applied physics/ Material Engineering Years of experience: Minimum 2 years working experience for experience engineer. Skills / Abilities: 1. Knowledge of semiconductor processes, memory and product testing are preferred. 2. Knowledge or experience in the following area will be an added advantage.
