Details of the offer

1. Responsible for the cleaning of the kitchen and assumes full responsibility to the dishwashing area which he/she assigned to carry out all the work ordered by the chief steward.2. All dishes, flatware and glasses to be washed as soon as possible after use to prevent drying of food particles.3. Food particles must be thoroughly removed from plates which are to be washed in the dishwashing machine.4. They have to check every outlet kitchen and ensure that the place is clean.5. Sweep, mop the area and wipe the surrounding areas by the use of chemicals.6. Collect dirty pots located in the kitchen and take them to the pot wash, also check the dishing washing machine area for pots.7. The cooking rooms to be mope, doors wiped and whenever chef requests.8. Pay attention to the Chef's mis-en-place and hot plate cabinets, keep refilling with clean chinaware coming form the machine.9. Clean and wipe the work table surface, refrigerators, sink units, tiles, steamer coconut scraper, ovens, shelves and undershelves, walls, drains, sinks, cabinets, windows sweep and mop the floor on daily basis. All kitchen equipment, cooking utensils, walls, floors, light fixtures, filters, cutleries, ceiling for cobwebs.10. To clean and wash the operation machine using the proper chemicals and handling.11. Ensure that all chemicals are properly stored and labeled.12. To arrange and stock-up all cutleries on the rack and avoid breakages.13. Remove garbage from all kitchen areas, dishwashing area and dump them in a large bin/drum at the garbage room. Check for any cutleries in the garbage can and also separate food stuff/bottles/cans/papers. Never leave any garbage exposed to open air or at the receiving area and corridor.14. Schedule yourself to complete all the night jobs as per time and in time.15. All hoods are to be wiped and shine only. Do not spray water.16. While using any type of chemical, proper care should be taken to protect your eyes, body and should wear hand gloves.17. All work related to your shift should be completed during the shift and nothing should be left undone.18. Will follow safety working procedures and will avoid taking risks likely to cause injury to persons or damage any property to the Hotel.19. Smoking, eating and sleeping is strictly prohibited.20.
