Steward Supervisor

1. He is in-charge of all the small operating equipment of the Food & Beverage department (its cleaning and maintenance and its storing)2. He is responsible for the cleanliness and hygiene standard of all the back of the Food & Beverage department.3. He is responsible for the stock of the small operating equipment which is given to him to work with.4. He is in-charge on issuing, distributing, maintaining and storing these materials, in the different sales outlets and also keep an up-to-date inventory of the equipment.5. Makes sure all the schedules to keep all the back of the house, Food & Beverage department in the highest hygienical condition.6. He supervises and coordinates the work of all the employees of the Stewarding department.7. Put up all the programs and training for his employees together with the main supplier of chemicals and check that training is effectively done according to the schedule.8. Establish and maintain up-to-date all the stock card of all the equipment under his responsibility.9. Establish a chart of utilization of equipment by outlet.10.
