Stock Assistant

Job ResponsibilityReceive and process incoming stock and materials, pick and fill orders from stock, organize and retrieve stock in warehouse.Ensure effective and efficient inventory management - integrity and accuracy of stock inventory, stock checks every month end for closing.Arrange and allocate storage area for all items / products transferred to the warehouse.Coordinate and communicate with other departments internally and externally, to solve problems related to logistic activities and stock to be delivered.Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries.Communicate with drivers to ensure trucks are properly loaded.To assist in monitoring the stock movement and performance as and when required.Other ad hoc tasks assigned by Stock Executive / Head of Department.Job RequirementsMinimum SPM with credit in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mathematics.Able to use MS. Office (eg. MS.
