- To provide and to execute operational improvement plans so as to increase the profitability of operations.
- Maintain high standard for store appearance and visual merchandising as well as product freshness.
- Working with relevant department to develop in store promotion programs to raise customers pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability - To train and to motivate staff so as to increase the level of staff performance and promoting an effective performance team.
- Responsible for ordering merchandise, maintaining constant order flow, and proper inventory levels at all times.
- Responsible for the compliance with set procedures of cash handling with cashiers and cash-in-transit (C.I.T.).
- Other duties and responsibilities assigned by Company from time to time.
