Structural Site Supervisor

Requirements :
Possess at lease Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Building or equivalent
Preferably executive specialized in Engineering – Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
Computer literate & knowledge in using Auto CAD is an added advantage
Able to read / understand Civil & Structural and Architectural drawings and other contract documents

Job Description :
To assist Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager in all site matters
To coordinate with site supervisor or sub-contractor on work progress with minimum supervision by superior
To liaise with sub-contractors and consultants to ensure all works are carried out according to construction drawing and specification with good quality of workmanship
To control and minimize wastage of materials & machineries at site
To prepare paper work such as bill of quantity, claims, progress report
Manage and ensure all project documents, record and filing system is maintained at all time
Attend site meetings when required
Assist and undertaken any other duties as instructed by superior
