Supervisor Retails (Sales & Marketing)

About the roleAs a Supervisor Retails (Sales & Marketing) at Densports Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day retail operations and driving sales and marketing initiatives at our Kota Bharu Kelantan location.
Reporting to the store manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of retail assistants to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What you'll be doing
Supervise and manage a team of retail assistants, ensuring they are trained, motivated and performing to the highest standards
Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive store performance and meet sales targets
Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and implement appropriate solutions
Ensure the store maintains a high level of visual merchandising and product presentation to enhance the customer experience
Foster a positive and engaging work environment that encourages teamwork and continuous improvement
What we're looking for
We are looking for a male candidate aged approximately 25 to 29 years with the following qualities:
Experience in a supervisory or retail management role is an advantage
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Energetic and competitive in achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service
Ability to analyze data and solve problems to improve store performance
Good communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with both the store team and senior management
Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail supervisory or managerial role, preferably within the consumer products industry
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Excellent customer service skills and a deep understanding of the retail customer experience
Proven track record in implementing successful sales and marketing strategies to drive store performance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both the store team and senior management
