Supplier Master Support (Diploma / Certificate)

Together, we're the next big thing in data.Western Digital® data-centric solutions are found under the G-Technology, HGST, SanDisk®, Tegile, Upthere, and WD® brands.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Review, verification and follow-up of supplier onboarding forms and questionnaire- Coordinate with various business owners for information, approvals and onboarding training as necessary- Maintain supplier data per procedures and approved process- Create, analyze reports for discrepancies and doing supplier maintenance- Understand the local/country requirements/ documentation requirements and train suppliers for onboarding completion.- Train internal business owners (requesters, commodity managers, other business stakeholders)- Follow-up for data and other system related requests, to meet deadlines.- Provide administrative support for all supplier related requests, coordinate with internal procurement teams on ERP related supplier conversions and any other task as necessary**Qualifications**:- Diploma in any related field with minimum of 2 years' relevant working experience- Knowledge of SAP/Oracle Cloud- Excellent verbal and written in English, Chinese- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel- Excellent communication skills, good business acumen, strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail- Ability to understand a problem, structure the analysis needed to solve it and come up with innovative and insightful solutions and recommendations- Ability to work in a complex, matrix environment dealing with changes**Additional Information**:Western Digital thrives on the power and potential of diversity.
