Supply Chain Assistant

**Roles**Overseeing the Product Management cycle, distributions and liaising with related departments.**Responsibilities**:- Ensure quality assurance and the production team meets the scheduled goals.- Liaise with store department on inventory control and arrangement.- Planning shipment of goods with the planner and logistic department on the call-in time.- Plan and overseeing production schedule in alignment with all stakeholders.- Time to time communication, monitoring and planning with Subcontractor, Purchasing and Logistic department to ensure material readiness.- Monitoring processes and ensuring product quality, quantity and specification meets production requirement.- Highlight to HOD on any discrepancy issue, problem or challenges faced in time.- Finalize material listing and perform material issuing and receiving transactions in ERP system.
