SOURCING Check and obtain product specifications & requirements with requestors.
Performs RFQ & RFP (Local & Overseas) and RFI & RFX (Tenders & Contracts) .
Conducts strategic sourcing & pre-qualify new suppliers.
Obtain quotations for comparisons on price, MOQ, lead time, quality, shipping terms.
Expand current pool of vendors / Search for alternative products.
Prices/Contracts review and negotiations.
PURCHASING Orders Processing: Creates and sends Purchase Orders to suppliers.
Orders Confirmation: Obtain orders acknowledgement from suppliers.
Payments to Suppliers: Provide invoices & supporting documents to Finance team for processing.
Orders Status: Monitors and follow up with suppliers for delivery dates.
LOGISTICS Shipping documents: Obtain relevant documents from suppliers (Commercial Invoice & Packing List), freight forwarders (Airway Bill, Bill of Lading) & clearance agents (Import Permit).
Coordinating & liaising with internal stakeholders & freight forwarders for all shipments.
Goods receipt: Creates Incoming Shipment Notification (ISN) for warehouse to perform goods receiving.
QUALITY SUPPORT Defining quality objectives, policies, and procedures.
Monitoring and controlling processes to prevent defects.
Identify the root causes of NCRs and work with suppliers to resolve them.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
2 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or procurement.
Experience with freight forwarding and transportation management.
Familiarity with shipping terms, import/export regulations and compliance.
