Prepare and update the Purchasing report from time to time. Prepare and send out the Purchasing Outstanding Report per schedule. Prepare the Monthly Stock Replenishment Report. To response to all the Request for Quotation (RFQ) from customers within the time frame. Liaise with the existing suppliers to get the quotation to support the customer enquiry. Follow up the purchase order status based on the committed date to ensure on time delivery. Process and upload the Good Received Note (GRN) in system and update the Purchasing Report. Fully support & follow up on sales team enquiries.
