Global MNC- Mechatronic Manufacturing Company- Attractive Remuneration Package**Job Title : Supply Chain Management (SCM) Analyst****Office at Georgetown, Penang****THE POSITION**:- Conduct data analysis and drive for improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain operations, which includes maintaining accurate part inventories at optimum stock levels that ensure business can meet customer demands, increasing efficiency in supply chain management activities and reducing purchasing cost.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Analyze key performance indicators and supply chain data to identify trends, derive actionable insights and recommending opportunities to accelerate operational and strategic decision-making- Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects to ensure supply chain management goals are achieved- Lead the development and standardization of supply chain documents and collaborate with internal team to implement robotics process automation for Asia Supply Chain Management team.- Support reporting and business intelligence needs of the entire Asia Supply Chain Management team- Conduct periodic reviews and provide timely updates for defined supply chain Key Performance Indicators**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:- Bachelors or University Degree of IT / Computer Science / Data Science /Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job- 4-5 years' experience in at least one of the following areas of specialization: demand planning, inventory management, procurement, operational logistics- In-depth knowledge and experience in job and ability to work independently- Must be proficient in English, ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint.- Knowledge of RPA tools will be an added advantage- Analytical mind and a strong business acumen.
