Supply Chain Manager

Job ResponsibilitiesReporting to General Manager within the organization, you will oversee and manage the supply chain improvement process efficiency and productivity, leading a team of professionals to improve service,accuracy,and capacity across the supply chain process.Key Responsibility•Overall responsible for the sourcing and purchasing and logistics functions within the manufacturing process.•Leading the team to ensure material availability,the accuracy of stock control and the accurate scheduling of production.•Oversee customer service department to support sales team on timely order fulfillment.•Responsible for logistics control activities and liaison with with external parties for movement of incoming materials.•Manage the handling,storage,preservation,packaging and delivery of materials/products from receiving to delivery.•Ensure the material stocks on hand are kept to optimum level by effective material planning and control.•To prepare major raw material costing and weekly raw material stock report.The candidate•Educated up to degree level in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration. •Minimum 5 years' experience in similar role within chemical/resin manufacturing industry.•Possess a strong negotiation skills.•Good customer relationship management and problem resolution.•Excellent interpersonal skills and professional communication.
