We support a global leading Swiss industrial group exclusively in the search and selection of the Supply Chain Manager, Global Accounts, SemiconductorsWe are looking for a well structured international leader who is comfortable working and communicating in a global, ambiguous and cyclical demand environment where a customized and leading technology product portfolio with long life cycles needs to be managed to fulfill short to long term customer demands.TasksIn this role you will assess and translate the supply chain needs of the global key accounts, drive the joint value collaboration with the customer and being in charge of the account management from a supply chain perspective. The key tasks are- Communicate customer inventory needs and requirements to supply chain partners- Facilitate inventory planning and deployment- Actively manage customer in-stock and on-shelf-availability of inventory- Discuss and resolve product and component shortages with customer- Coordinate global NPI launches- Work with customer and internal teams on continuous process improvement- Coordinate regular capacity assessments along the value chain to ensure fulfillment of mid- to long term customer demand plans- Organize and/or or participate in internal/external adhoc customer meetings- Form value added partnerships with internal stakeholders including Sales, Product Management, Finance, Operations**Requirements**:We are addressing a well-structured, assertive personality with a solid track record in Supply Chain Management, Production Planning, Forecasting and Project Management, preferably from the Semicondustor industry in Malaysia or Singapore.**We expect the following education, experience and skills**:- Technical Degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or similar discipline- 7 - 10 years' experience in supply chain management in global organizations- Excellent english and ideally also Japanese language skills- Proven planning, analytical, presentation, and execution skills- Strong ability to communicate within an international and intercultural environment, cross-functionally as well as across hierarchies- Customer, market, channel knowledge and experience preferred- Ability to multitask and prioritize work while keeping outstanding attention to detail- Analytical skills including data evaluation, identification, solution development and implementation (strong in Excel, Google Suite and Tableau skills)- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a positive proactive attitude and a high degree of initiative- Excellent service mindset and good communications skills and judgement
