Job Responsibilities1. Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.2. Supplier sourcing, selection, and negotiation & price comparison to obtain the most cost-effective supply options.3. Source for new parts, materials, services, or suppliers when the need arises.4. To analyze current procurement activities and recommend improvement plans, and also work with the operations team on cost-saving initiatives.5. Responsible for yearly cost reduction with top spending suppliers.6. Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.7. Able to communicate well and collaborate effectively with colleagues across multi-cultural backgrounds.8. To assist in the smooth operation of the purchasing department and follow the procedures in consistent with ISO9001.9. For better operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness, set up service standards, develop plans, and implement procedures, workflows, and control systems.10. Monitor and enforce appropriate work practices are in place in compliance with the company policies and procedures.11. Prepare and maintain routine reports related to operation efficiency, logistic, inventory, budgeting, and computerized system data.12. Set up tracking and monitoring mechanisms; analyze data and prepare management reports for directors.13. Able to work with all levels including the ground operation team and managerial staff.14. Demonstrate strong knowledge / regulatory compliance doc and familiarity with import and export customs formalities and document requirements.15. Maintain and scan all required documentation associated with shipments in accordance with department procedures.17. Ensure Purchase Orders for shipping and logistics-related charges are produced in a timely manner.18. Generate management reports and other activities as assigned by the SuperiorAcademic Qualification1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Management / Supply Chain or related.Experience / Skill Required1. With a minimum of 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.2. Ability to make smart decisions in the face of ambiguity.3. Computer literate particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.4. Manages inventory and establishes controls to ensure is operating at the highest level of performance based on key performance metrics and minimized supply chain risk.5. Develop strategies, policies, procedures, and overall team to optimize the value of the entire function.6. Develop and continuously improve supplier programs.7. Able to write and speak in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa.
