Job Description

Oracle Sourcing Helpdesk
Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations:
Create, support and provide Internal user guide/ training for Oracle Sourcing RFQ related activities.
Support daily / quarterly / yearly RFQ process (Negotiation award update)
Data maintenance for award that has GF defects and work with IT to do clean-up.
Assist in system enhancement for Oracle Sourcing by reporting known defects and participate in related correctional activities via system testing.
Support and guide all CMs inquiries on MSI Global & Local award in the systems.
Mass load support for conversion award to fix legacy MR issues.
Support update and creation of Global Blanket purchasing Agreements (GBPA).
Update Payment term/ Pay On code in GBPA (EBS vs GBPA discrepancies).

Basic Requirements

Minimum qualification Bachelors Degree in Business Administration/Management or any related field.
Candidate must possess at least 1-3 years of relevant working experience in related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good in MS Excel, Google Sheet, Google Doc & Google Slides
Able to work in dependence and communicate with internal and external customer
Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Meticulous for details.
Self-motivated, assertive and results driven with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang.
