Systems Engineer - Eai Middleware Operation

Job description

In your new role you will:

Maintain workflow automation systems
for global production sites.

Support projects
where workflow automation middleware service is involved.

Perform test, change, release, setup and deployment
for workflow automation middleware.

Engage in incident, problem and event management
, review technical implementation of solutions, investigate and resolve issues.

Provide Level 2 to 3 operation support
for mission critical workflow automation middleware service, with
rotational on-call standby support.

Develop, adapt or enhance monitoring and operation tools.

Explore, evaluate, and implement future workflow automation solution

Provide consultation and training to workflow automation middleware users

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or equivalent.

Experience supporting or maintaining IT middleware and distributed systems.

Hands-on experience with
Windows Server, Oracle and MS SQL Server
basic administrations.

Knowledge of Windows shell scripting,
C#, .NET Framework, OOP, and Team Foundation Server.

Experience executing test management

Experience with workflow automation/orchestration solutions

Familiarity with
Microsoft Workflow Foundation and Windows Communication Foundation
is an added advantage.

Knowledge in
ITIL service operation management
is an added advantage.

Familiarity with messaging middleware, e.g. TIBCO Rendezvous
