About The Role

We are looking for two Talent Acquisition Leaders, for our two Markets (HK/Australasia & SG/MY) and drive the recruitment strategy and projects across the Market. You will work closely with the business leaders, HR business partners and other members of the APAC Talent Acquisition team to translate the business strategy and workforce planning into executable recruiting plans to find the best talent.
You will have scope to develop your ideas and bring proactive initiatives to the team to drive a high-performance culture and promote the benefits of the Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise to the business. You will report to the APAC Head of Talent Acquisition and will be accountable for creating and driving the local Talent Acquisition strategy, that with align with our global recruitment guidelines.

Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
Providing highly effective and efficient recruitment and selection services throughout the Market, while ensuring cost effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire talent
Managing full cycle recruitment process for mid-senior level roles, which includes sourcing, reviewing of CVs, conducting interviews, interview co-ordination, offer & on-boarding processes for middle and top management roles within the Market
Developing consultative relationships with business stakeholders
Be a key member of the APAC TA team to roll-out best in class processes and recruitment programs, at the same time taking part in the APAC Talent Acquisition Leadership Team
Building, developing and coaching Market TA function
Monitoring and managing SLA’s and KPI’s across the Market
Leading, developing and providing direction to the Market Talent Acquisition team
Design and implement a market recruitment strategy and provide thought leadership to address Talent Acquisition challenges and improvement needs, within the framework of the global guidelines
Driving operational excellence across the Market
Training HR business partners and key stakeholders on the best methods for candidate selection
Designing and implementing employer branding strategies in the Market
Providing insight into talent market

About You

You have experience in leading Talent Acquisition teams and strategy? You are passionate about finding the best talent and exploring the best ways to do so? You have strong experience in building relationships with key stakeholders and process improvement and you would like to take your career further by pursuing a role in a global environment?

Ideally, You Meet The Following Hiring Criteria
Passion for Talent Acquisition and the ability to employ traditional and creative innovative sourcing strategies across borders
Experience either within corporate in-house or in RPO preferred ideally within business, professional or financial services
Prior experience of working in a large, global, matrix organisation on a senior Talent Acquisition role
Previous people leader experience ideally through remote management
Effective in working with senior stakeholders, understanding requirements and trouble- shooting and implementing solutions to complex recruitment challenges
Proficiency in creating reports to monitor metrics to drive desired results
A change and continuous improvement agent, with a proven track record in optimizing a Talent Acquisition Operating Model to attain operational excellence
Experience in project management techniques and tools
