Job DescriptionAs our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will provide first level recruitment support assisting our Talent Acquisition team to cover local and international efforts.
This will include all aspects of recruitment, administration and systems maintenance.
As a member of the P&C team you play a key role driving company culture.
Here you'll champion our NEXTDC values, contributing to a positive work environment and strong candidate engagement.
Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and facilitating the selection process
Build and maintain strong relationships with the P&C team, internal stakeholders and candidates
ATS maintenance and upkeep
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Collaborate with our Talent Acquisition Partner to enhance and implement recruitment processes and processes
Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote NEXTDC as an employer of choice
QualificationsYour meticulous attention to detail, amazing organisational skills and strong sense of urgency will ensure the smooth running of outstanding candidate experiences.
You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with the rest of the P&C team and wider business.
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar (5 + years)
Experience recruiting Technology, Finance and Legal specialists
Proven high level stakeholder engagement and advisory experience
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proactive and results oriented approach to recruitment
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools/systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Malay and English
High level of confidentiality and professionalis
