Your key responsibilitiesWork with a team of professionals in providing the US tax advice to asset management clients and assist them in meeting their tax compliance obligations.Assist in preparation of US federal/state partnership tax returns and other tax compliance related matters for hedge funds, private equity investment funds and other financial service companiesAssist in correspondence with the US tax authorities on clients' tax mattersAssist in FATCA related engagements and provide regulatory updates on FATCA to clientsTo qualify for the role you must haveAn undergraduate degree, preferably with an emphasis in economics, finance or law (an advanced degree in economics, law, tax or accounting is desirable)Professional accountancy qualification or working towards gaining one. AICPA qualification preferableTeam player and strong interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft Excel will be an advantageFluent in written and spoken EnglishIdeally, you’ll also haveEffective organization and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlinesWhat we look forWe’re interested in professionals who enjoy promoting the people agenda in organizations and change initiatives, bringing people issues and challenges to the forefront.
