Position: Teach in Malaysia ESL
I am looking for Qualified ESL Teachers willing to relocate to the amazing Malaysia and start working for one of the best language centre in the country. My client is a well-established franchise with almost 30 years of experience in the ESL teaching worldwide. Where to teach?
Currently, there are multiple vacancies available for ESL Teacher in the area of Kuala Lumpur (Seri Kembangan, Subang Jaya) and right on the border with Singapore (Johor Bahru)
Malaysia is one of the most cosmopolitan countries in the world where 3 ethnies (malay, indians, chinese) live peacefully together, sharing the beauty and the diversity that their land can offer. The ideal ESL Teacher is required to...
**teach any of the ELS academic programmes as assigned by the Academic Director or Academic Co-coordinator.
**prepare lesson plans, exercises and tests.
**test, evaluate and counsel the student regarding his/her classroom performance.
**maintain a classroom environment conducive to learning.
**To co-ordinate instruction, attendance records and evaluation with other teachers.
**be willing to observe for purposes of professional development and to be observed in all facets of the programmes.
**participate in administrative meetings and professional development activities.
**participate in the employee evaluation process (classroom observations and follow-up discussions and the performance appraisal process).
**develop and /or refine teaching materials at the local level.
**participate in activities during the instructor’s scheduled class hours and when requested, to disseminate information about after-class activities
Requirements:
1) Native level speaker of English with a bachelor’s degree and a 120-hour in-class Teaching Certification (TEFL, CELTA, TESOL, ELT, or equivalent)
2) Age between 25 to 50 years old.
3) BA or MA in English Language Teaching or related is also applicable.
4) Enthusiastic and dynamic in personality, displaying a passion to help students speak English with confidence.
5) Pleasant, outgoing teachers who have innovative teaching strategies and are team players with a strong service mind.
6) Open to relocate to Malaysia
7) Show a desire to for continuous professional development and sharing of best practices
8) Display a commitment to high standards of delivery

Salary and Benefits:
**Competitive monthly salary starting from MYR 7,400.00 up to MYR 10,000.00 depending on experience and qualification.
**2 years contract.
