Open position: Team Lead, Accounts Receivable (AR) and Collection (MNC Company)
An MNC company in Malaysia is looking for Team Lead, Accounts Receivable (AR) and Collection to be based in Selangor office. You will be responsible to manage the team covering Accounts Receivable and Collection activities.
Key responsibilities and requirements include:
- Having experience working in IT based or Shared Services environment would be added advantage
- Lead a team of analysts and guide the team to reduce AR ageing and optimise collections from clients
- Monitor and Manage day-to-day Accounts Receivable activities with the team
- Identify trends within the portfolio to aid collections and improve the productivity
- Responsible in the monthly and annual closing of accounts
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc forecasting reports
- Ensure high-quality invoicing and collection procedures that comply with the law
- Stay updated on industry and legislative changes
- Resolve client's invoice related queries supported by local finance
- Collection management, including reviewing credit memos or revised invoices
