What you will do? The Team Lead of Strategy and Performance is responsible for managing team members, revenue growth, advertiser strategies, team training, product strategy inputs, best practices documentation, driving operational efficiencies and performance analysis for our advertisers running on all media platforms like Google Adwords, Google Marketing Platform (DV360), Facebook, You Tube, Tik Tok, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc • Manage a high-performing team in Malayisa and Singapore markets (Plus other markets as required). Set goals and accountabilities and mentor team members to deliver on company objectives • Shape innovative internal training programs to educate the cross functional team on a growing set of company’s solutions • Pinpoint opportunities for current advertiser campaign growth and improvement, through data and other insights. Partner with the Client Services and Sales teams to identify and execute growth opportunities with existing advertisers • Develop innovation workflow for teams to work with maximum efficiencies across different functions such as reporting, optimization and communication across cross functional teams • Coordinate with the product and data team to inform product improvements and needs • Regular research and education to fully understand and stay abreast of the media advertising ecosystems either immediately or through company training • Conduct quality control sessions with the team to compare current campaign execution strategies and iterate to find incremental improvements • Drive best practices documentation on campaign creation, optimization or new features tested. Ensure the right level of alignment, consistency and flexibility in approach across the regional team to scale impact while meeting advertiser goals • Be the main point of contact to ensure operational queries are resolved in your markets What skills and experience you will need? • 6 - 10 years of experience in a media buying and operations, consulting or analyst role at an online/tech company, bank or management consulting firm • 2+ years of direct people management experience • Bachelor of Science in Mathematics/Statistics, Engineering or Marketing qualification is preferred • Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Excel • Exposure to and/or interest in online advertising pricing models (CPA, CPV) and other metrics (CVR, VTR) • Experience in managing large advertisers across Facebook, Google, DSP’s and other media platforms • Experience in campaign trafficking within a real-time bidding environment and other buying methods • Knowledge and experience in Web and App Analytics (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Omniture, and various 3rd Party Mobile App Analytics)
