Team Lead, Personal Banker Wealth (Based In Seremban)

Job Description KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales Planning & Activities Promote, introduce and market a range of Unit Trust / ASN / PRS & Tokio Marine?s life-insurance products & RHB General Insurance products to Bank?s customer
Plan and strategize sales activities and participate in roadshows/ campaigns organized by Bank/Region
Sales Management
Maintain regular contact with existing customers to foster closer relationship and for referrals
Develop clientele networking list and records of existing Bank?s customer and NTB customers for acquisition and increase customer PHR
Work closely with Branch Manager and Regional Sales Heads on sales activities, promotion and campaigns
Comply with CPD hours
Compliance to Bank?s policy, procedures and observe sales code of ethics
Staff Management
Provide guidance and motivate PBW on prospecting to sales techniques and to coach them for peak performance
Periodic briefing and update on promotions, campaigns and products to PBW
Tracking of Daily Activities Report
Ensure no zero branches performance by product
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 3-5 years sales experience preferably in wealth and banca products
Pleasant personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possess relevant licenses required for the portfolio (PCE / CEILI/ CUTE/ PRS) is a must
Sales and results oriented
Good interpersonal and relationship building skill
Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent
