The Job
As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and will oversee the design of project, software development and implementation of best practices to deliver a project that maximises viewers' experience.
You will also be responsible for:

Ensuring the development of well-designed and testable code.

Promoting continuous improvement through gathering and evaluating user feedback as well as investigating alternatives and new technologies

Providing code documentation and other inputs to technical documents.

Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.

Driving release and sprint planning sessions

The Profile

You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.

You have at least 4 years experience, ideally within a Software Engineer role.

You possess strong knowledge of Java and React

You have strong expertise in Front-end and Back-end Development as well as Startup Experience.

You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams

You are a strong networker & relationship builder

You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
